Writer and seller of ads. From Antwerp (Belgium) and father of a large family. Dialect speaker, publisher and poet of remarkable verses ... Willem Elsschot was all. On the high-profile exhibition Close to Elsschot joined all these characters for the first time in the spotlight. The result was captivating and revealing. Elsschot like you never saw him before.
For this exhibition I designed the scenography in cooperation with Etoile Mécanique.
